U.S. China Communication Institute, Inc. is a locally owned, Chicago-based corporation as well as a associate office of Shanghai Foreign Service Company International Training Center (SFSC ITC), a division of Shanghai Foreign Service Co., Ltd (SFSC).  SFSC is based in Shanghai, China.  USCCI offers language and cultural training programs in Chicago and Shanghai, China.
 
SFSC ITC was established in 1988 as a division of SFSC and it is a professional education and training institute authorized by Shanghai World Expo Coordination Bureau.  ITC was the first organization that provided foreign education service in Shanghai. It is also an international testing center for Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) authorized by the China National Office for Teaching Chinese as a Foreign Language.  USCCI and ITC are commited to working together to enable the strongest language and cultural training programs you can find. 

 

 

SFSC International Training Center (ITC):
